We have had to build our own bespoke software to accomplish that exact spec. We intend to resell licences and deployment of the software in the future.

In the meantime, there is one company I know of that offer an off the shelf solution, bit it aint cheap......

i am working on a means of doing this with ppc and exchange but will need an ms server. And its very early days as its still in the deign stages. If i could get a mysql lib for pocket pc id use that but everything db based for ppc needs ms sql at the mo

You only need exchange if you want ot send a PPC telegram from one PDA to another, if you just place PPC on a pc then ever PDA gets the same info.

Bizarrely, it ended up with the working title ELVIS, and it has stuck.
