Is DVLA part of the National car parks NCP. There was a big thing some time back that the DVLA were selling information to these types of companies. I just noticed the NCP on the back

NCP have won a national contract (england & wales) from DVLA for catching Road Tax offenders.

so there will now be be a snotty little trafic warden somewhere near you where ever you go :cry:
