January 30, 200620 yr comment_84874 I am assuming that you mean that the alarm will not sound when the mains power is removed. Yes, make sure that the alarms batteries are in good condition and that the alarm is regularly serviced. Battery fail on the TS500/510 is seen as a tamper fault and the panel reacts accordingly - as Ag says need to keep the battery state in good condition.
