I may well do. Its just id rather be in a company that has jobs to do.. were as the lack of able bell boxes around make me wonder what the engineers do all day.

But, as you say, they cant be doing to bad to be still going.

Due to the high amount of take-overs and acquisitions, they may not be replacing bell boxes. And you don't have to be seeing dozens of bell boxes all day for a company to be busy installing.

Or, maybe they are expanding in your area.........who knows?

....... whats going on with British Gas these days?! They dont seem to have any national contracts and I havent seen any go up in a long time, anyone know?

I met one of their engineers once while he was repairing a gas range in a showrom. Apparantly he was also the local alarm engineer too, and he seemed to not really know anything about them. AFAIAA BG don't have an alrm division as such, just some existing employees who have 'done a course'.

Piss poor installs from the ones i have seen.

all it was lacking was an A1 sticker!
