Anti Masking Pirs

Featured Replies

one detector per zone, and you still only need four cores to each detector for circuit/ tamper and antimask.

Do you need antimask ? there is only you that can answer this, is it a grade 3 installation?

no not a 3 garde installation and we do not need anti mask but not sure how to leave it out ?

Just ignore the anti mask terminals, which is'nt too difficult as they are at the opposite ends of the board than the alarm terminals. Just wire the zone across NC and the second TMPR terminals, with your 4k7 resistor inbetween NC and C, and the 2k2 inbetween C and the first TMPR terminal. You can disable the anti mask feature at the panel.

Just leave the anti mask resistor out, then the panel wont see it, and just wire EOL with the normal two resistors as Antinode posted.
