May 31, 200619 yr comment_100996 one detector per zone, and you still only need four cores to each detector for circuit/ tamper and antimask.Do you need antimask ? there is only you that can answer this, is it a grade 3 installation? no not a 3 garde installation and we do not need anti mask but not sure how to leave it out ? wayne Wayne Hibbs Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/8497-anti-masking-pirs/page/3/#findComment-100996 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 May 31, 200619 yr comment_101013 no not a 3 garde installation and we do not need anti mask but not sure how to leave it out ?wayne Just ignore the anti mask terminals, which is'nt too difficult as they are at the opposite ends of the board than the alarm terminals. Just wire the zone across NC and the second TMPR terminals, with your 4k7 resistor inbetween NC and C, and the 2k2 inbetween C and the first TMPR terminal. You can disable the anti mask feature at the panel. May 31, 200619 yr comment_101021 Just leave the anti mask resistor out, then the panel wont see it, and just wire EOL with the normal two resistors as Antinode posted. www.nova-security.co.uk www.nsiapproved.co.uk No PMs please unless i know you or you are using this board with your proper name.
