Help with DM4e

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have just re-installed a dedicated micros 4e that was taken out of service 2 years ago.

Its all working OK but I am sure when we last used it we were able to set it to switch the main monitor display to show the camera with activity (real time)

Try as I might I cant seem to get it to do this now. The best I have managed is to turn on the buzzer on activity.

It would be much appreciated if any one could point me in the right direction on this on.

Thanks.

I think that this can only be done on alarm inputs rather than activity, and the global alarm input (pin 9 25way dsub) has to be set.

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

Hi Breff, You may be right but I am 99.9% sure we had this working last time round and we have never used the alarm inputs at all.

Thanks for trying :)
