Having worked with these panels for a number of years i have a call pending(when the customer cames back from holiday)of the keypad constantly showing cleaner on site even though no cleaner code is in use only master and system.Personally i think the software needs changing but having not been able to go to site and restart system i wondered if anyone out there in alarmland has seen this before.

There must be a cleaner code in use, use the master code to scroll through and find the code set as cleaner.
