The system must be five years old as it was fitted when the house was built. I really don't know who fitted it.

Part of any job is fault finding and that includes getting all the information from the customer and that includes working out there interpretation of the fault.

As an expert yourself Magpye what do you suggest, or is it easier to sit on the side lines and bitch about other peoples posts.

Gerry, yes you should be able to get another buzzer or handset, i will email you some information that will help you out and the name of a local engineer.
