Paul Giles
Seen another firm that does not use spurs for fire, straight from the consumer unit, padlocked MCB in the on posistion and a flex outlet plate to the panel. Guest
Nice! So when the MCB trips for any reason it also needs an engineer reset so another callout.
Paul Giles
Yep, but to trip an MCB is for a reason and should need attention anyway. PG Security Systems Somerset SSAIB Certificate of Merit Installers. www.pgsecurity.co.uk
Guest Glenn
you can use a Distributed Power Management System (DPMS) 4 or 8 way. These plug into a mains using a single 13amp plug and then feed low voltage (24Vac or 12Vac) cameras. You can buy a composite single cable which has miniRG59 and a 1mm power pair in one sleeveor there is a cheaper shot gun cable with 0.75mm power pair.
