Guest bub
I was leaving the house and activated my home //.National Installer.// alarm but didnt realise there was a helium balloon floating in the landing which triggered the alarm when I was leaving. Its come up with the message 'call service centre & quote 00713' I dont have a contract with //.National Installer.// as they are way too expensive. I know its just a matter of typing something in to reset the alarm like a master code. The keypad is Galaxy if that any help a pic of it http://www.flickr.com/photos/33472712@N00/12337183/ Can anyone help please? bub sorry realised after that I have put this in the wrong section
Guest bub
Yes the alarm was already fitted when I moved in. Im in London NW7 area. If I get an engineer out and he sorts this for me and I have another false alarm will the same //.National Installer.// message come up again and will I have to call the engineers again or can you reprogram the galaxy so I no longer have this problem every time the alarm triggers? bub

ian.cant
what about pulling out the batteries and fuse will this reset it?No, you would only make things worse, bells ringing etc.......if not who can do it and roughly how much is this going to cost? Any competant alarm company/engineer will be able to do this for you and i personally would charge around £75, cetainly shouldnt be more than £120. You could try some of the companies listed HERE or from your yellow pages AVATAR REMOVED IAN.....
