Guest carlton
Hi Folks, can anyone help me I've moved into a house that has an alarm, but no codes, no name or manuals. Plus the company who intalled are no longer about. The alarm was disconnected by a tradesman while decorating. now I have the service error on the screen. how do a: get passed this & b: set a new user passcode? I believe that it's an Abacus 15R looking at the control panels on the web I have attached a photo Regards carltoncomltd@yahoo.com
Guest
I think you'll be needing an engineer! Depending on what was disconnected, whether it was correctly reconnected and whether fuses were blown in the proccess depends on exactly how much of a job this is. If it was all working before the tradesman disconnected it it shouldn't be any major hassle to restore it to it's former functions. Whereabouts are you located?
