Galaxy firmware 7.0 >7.6 but goes to 7.4

Featured Replies

I've upgraded the Galaxy Dimension 48 firmware straight from 7.0 to 7.6 but bizarrely despite using the 7.6 firmware file the panel is reporting 7.4..

I've tried the update twice and no change.

Any thoughts what might be causing this?

Definitely a 7.6 file?

absolutely direct from Honeywell.

Turns out it was due to not doing a default after the firmware upgrade even though the upgrade defaulted the panel (it lost all its settings).

but how the 7.06 file can install 7.04 is unknown but clearly without the full coin cell out default it went to an intermediate firmware level.
