Just had an email from Screwfix. Don't know what the going price is for these but they are offering the Bosch 24v SDS for £299.99 inc VAT!

Thats not bad - my Makita has a similar spec and was fifty quid more.

Although it did come with a free wooly hat which swung it for me really.

that is not bad at all, might forward it via email to work and get the tight persons to put thier hands in thier pockets instead of the poxy draper 18 volt i got... wont hold my breath though lol

Nice bit of kit - well balanced and not to heavy

But we did have a few problems with gearbox failures and now use the Metabo 14 volt unit

Me old mans got a bosch , good bit of kit but i prefer my makita, chisling action swung it for me.

I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
