Risco Lightsys need to remove PIR

Hello Guys,

 

Could someone please let me know how to delete a PIR sensor from my Risco Lightsys system? We used to have two PIRs in the hallway, but we physically removed one. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to permanently remove it from the panel, so we’re having to omit this sensor every time we set the system.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have the engineers code?

go into eng, in the menu which shows "radio code ./serial no." of the transmitter code to all the zeros 0000000000 ?? 

 

& IIRC also off as its zone setting
