I'd break the issues down one at a time and make a post to just one issue. Else no one will want to read or help. All you will get is get someone who knows what they are doing to fix it. Bear in mind it's a forum from people that give their time and knowledge for free that they usually get paid for

Thanks everyone, we got it working on the bench.  He was giggling away setting then triggering it by cracking open the keypad, then the bell box, then the panel then...
