Zach15
Hello all, I have a Scantronic 9651 home alarm which has been running reliably for many years, recently we had some work done and one of the builders cut a cable to one of the motion sensors, I have since replaced the sensor, the cut wire had also caused a fuse to blow, so I have replaced both the 1amp fuses on the circuit board. I have the user code and the engineers code but now the system is showing Zone flt and goes through all zones 1-5 and therefore won't come out of installer mode?!? Does anyone have any suggestion please? Thank you, Zach. Zach15
Yes I have tried that but because of those zone faults it won't come out of installer mode and the little spanner symbol is showing red. Then tamper might be open if it's running through the zones , meaning it's setup as global tamper and you haven't connected the tamper and.zone wires correctly Or you selected a menu by mistake and pressed default?
