Hi thanks for getting back to me the problem and having is that was working then suddenly just saying updating been like that for v2 days so I removed it from the devices and tried to re enrolle it but know it's saying enrolled error

You will have to default the panel to reset the options , this is issue when you haven't noted what changes you made and not really an installer , then selecting and changing options confusion dot com

 

If you have way to note your setup then default the panel and start again
