yeah everything matches up had it reset as well and all codes

Could the door sensor be faulty? Is it new, if not, do you know if it worked before? Had issues with these before where no matter what battery I put in it didn't work so I ordered a new one and it worked.

i have 2 door sensors and 3 motion sensors all wireless the unit wont pick up any off them the chances off one not working maybe but all 5 no also when i go into programming on the menu it keeps saying access denied yet i have all codes it lets me change the codes and so on set time etc

I can only assume you have the wrong modules as you say they can't all be faulty
