I just removed P.A. from my counter side as we change the carpet. The door was bit sticking under the carpet .it was opened  with a slight push. The P.A and rest of the system works fine but the internal speaker stop working. I checked everything from the programme manual nothing works. Is it some fuse or mainEM board problem? Guys your support will be appreciated..

Thanks

ITS A SCANTRONIC 9651 (2009) SYSTEM

Id assume you have discconected something.

Check your int speaker connections are ok, then the cable with a meter

No all the wiring to the speaker is intact

I can suspect may be the door contact

Entry/exit. Other than that i dont know what....

Does it make any sound or is it only the entry/exit tones?

If it's a loudspeaker then you can check it's impedance and wiring from the panel.

Either way you need a mutlimeter and some idea how to use one, unless your going to diagnose with trial and error.

Hi yes it makes all the sounds but very dim from the keypad but not from the speaker. I chk the resistance from the chime wire after removing it from the pcb and it shows none. Also there is no countinouity from the speaker. I changed the door contact switch as well.

Any suggestions plz or is it the speaker itself guys?
