We have a Guardian staff Attack system that currently sits on a monitored Galaxy that has a Level 1 URN police response. In upgrading the panel and the staff attack, clearly the Guardian isn't graded so therefore the system can't be graded is unit takes the lowest common denominator. So an Annex F URN application doesn't meet the PD6662 requirements for a URN. Seemingly others do it all the time - but do they simply turn a blind eye to the ungraded connection of the Guardian or am I missing something blindingly obvious? Its only the HUA function we are looking for the URN on.
