HUA URN For Staff Attack System

Featured Replies

Having a challenge on this one. We have a Guardian staff Attack system that currently sits on a monitored Galaxy that has a Level 1 URN police response.

In upgrading the panel and the staff attack, clearly the Guardian isn't graded so therefore the system can't be graded is unit takes the lowest common denominator. So an Annex F URN application doesn't meet the PD6662 requirements for a URN.

Seemingly others do it all the time - but do they simply turn a blind eye to the ungraded connection of the Guardian or am I missing something blindingly obvious? Its only the HUA function we are looking for the URN on.

If its not graded it can't be done.

What is it?

If it had an exisitng URN pre PD6662 then its doesnt need to meet PD6662 until it loses repsonse and then has to be upgraded.

Exactly unless you have lost Police response and have to upgrade because you lost police response you can keep it 4737
