FLIR IP cameras

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Any help would be appreciated. We have installed a couple of FLIR thermal IP cameras which were setup to record on a HikVision NVR. However one of the cameras is no longer connected & displays the 'network unreachable' error in the camera setup section. They are also linked to a Davantis unit too and work fine on there? Contacted tech support who were about as much use as a chocolate fire guard!

I'd assume you have checked you can ping them etc from the dvr location. How are the wired, multiple switches etc?

I can ping them yes & I can also view the streams via web browser too. Both online on the Davantis like I said before. There are multiple switches I believe too.

so when on the poe switch of the nvr you can ping them?

Are they onvif? Or specific setup?
