Risco Panic Button Not Setting Of Siren/Sounder

Hi,

I have a Risco Lightsys 2 Panel and I have the 4 button Keyfob. Button 3 is setup as PANIC but when I press it the siren/sounder does not go off, nor does the panel change to PANIC. I do get an email and app notification though.

On another system I have in another property, when I press button 3 on that Keyfob, the siren/sounder goes off and the panel shows PANIC.

Have I missed a setting somewhere?

don't know don't use the stuff. But I'd assume its a keyfob option

I suspect you will need to ask the installer to modify in the engineer programming
