SteveHu
I don't want to connect a phone line to my TS790+ control panel and I am unable to find how to get rid of the line fault displaying when arming the system. The control panel doesn't have a plug on module of any sort. Would appreciate any assistance as cant get through to Cooper Menvier and cant find in engineer manual. I am an ex installer but haven't used these panels much before... SteveHu
Aha thanks, we decommissioned the unit from premises where a plug on was used before so maybe I need to crash it. How do I do that? sixwheeledbeast
Best to factory default it. As part of the rules we do not give out defaulting information or engineering manuals on the Public side of the forum for security reasons. However, if you are an ex-installer they are pretty straight forward to default and probably similar to other panels you have used. Hopefully you have a LCD keypad then at least you will have some hint of the menus to reprogram it.
