Hi all,

 

I'm using a Dimension 48 with GX Remote but for some reason I can't seem to get any notifications through... I'm quite clued up on these panels so I'm hoping I've overlooked something simple? 

 

The app works great to set unset etc, just expected it to at least, by default, alert on intruder!?

Version 6.93

No, that's one away from the latest 6.94. No issues for generic IP reporting on 6.93.

Yeah, I've had the "congratulations your account has been activated" email.

Which means you haven't set the panel up etc

So I've missed a setting within the panel? Within comms or?

I'm now lost ha ha

 

I have the app working as in, I can set and unset the system. I've registered mobile devices within the notification section of the app.

 

One question that might solve it is: what do I do with the account number and destination IP? 152.xxx.xxx.xxx:10000
