If its the 1st time it happens I try to minimize damage, but after about the 3rd time on the same site the hammer comes out to teach them a lesson. Usually does the trick. Then he charged the plasterering firm for the extra work he had to carry out. The building company made them replaster all the ceilings and wouldnt pay them because it was their fault.
