on some versions of the contour keypad the number 1-4 is read the other way from others, maybe the link is on pin 4?

Have you corectly placed the EOL jumper on the keypad..?

Jumper for US is removed allowing high security mode for ACE.

Jumper A4 is in place to set keypad 1.

Jumper NVM is removed so as not to clear memory.

There are no pins on the pcb where the legend says EOL?

Isn`t A4 for keypad 4..?

Many thanks to everyone who offered suggestions, most appreciated. Finally resolved problem by changing keypad jumper to A4 and voila, everything now working fine. Once again, many thanks to everyone.
