Buttons
A couple of times a week, my Risco Agility 3 will fail to arm fully. When I get home, hours later, the voice is still saying "Please exit now". This only happens when I set it from the front panel - it always works perfectly if I set from the smartphone app. I've tried changing the sensor batteries. Do do you know what might be causing this? Do you know what might cause that to happen intermittently? Is it likely to be a badly-positioned contact or a faulty one? Just trying to work out how to fix it. PeterJames
Slamming the door causes the glass tube to break or crack then the damp gets on the contact and they stick together The only way to fix it is to replace the door contact Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/40087-risco-agility-stays-in-exit-mode-forever/#findComment-445858 Share on other sites

This only happens once or twice a week. The rest of the time it works fine. PeterJames
damp in the contact it will get worse over time, if it was positioned wrongly or anything else it would be open circuit all the time Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/40087-risco-agility-stays-in-exit-mode-forever/#findComment-445861 Share on other sites

Buttons
I see - thanks. Is it the thinner unit attached to the door I need to replace , or the thicker unit (with the red light) that's attached to the frame?
