Are there any different rules on CCTV use in care homes?

No, you're not allowed to put them in the toilets in care homes either

How comes CCTV is acceptable in school toilets?

I've read through the quality care commission document but it doesn't give me anything to go by. Stick to communal areas and signage! 

Its the same as any other site, observe peoples privacy, and consider the purpose
