New purchase of Visonic wireless. Works fine, range good, configuration is

badly documented / incorrect. 

 

Logged in as either installer / master installer

No response from Visonic UK or US, wondering if I've missed 
some A depends on B, though search of PDF installer guide failed to bring up anything.
 
Any suggestions before I send it back please?
