Got the exact same problem as the above, same alarms and showing same display. Would love to know any solutions to get this problem fixed.

There were several pictures in the thread you referred to so it might be an idea to say which on exactly

Hi, thanks for copying this into the relevant topic.

I have the following alarm, I think it's a Gardtec 370 but that's not confirmed. I have just moved in the house and as the house was empty before us moving in we were given no codes at all. I am looking to reset the system and codes so we can use the alarm.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks.

This is the alarm I have if it helps. post-71247-0-92335400-1456346652_thumb.jpost-71247-0-93146200-1456346766_thumb.j

I am looking to reset the system and codes so we can use the alarm.

We don't give defaulting info or manuals out,

If a paying client asked me to get this system going I'd just price to replace the controls...

Hi Gemma

You could ask the agent to ask the previous owner for the code, though that panel is so old its most likely that it was installed for the owner previous to the last and never used by the previous owner. The code can be defaulted, but it is an engineer only setting. I would recommend you call the installer (the phone number is on the bell box normally) if the installer is no longer available then call around local companies you may find one that will be happy to help, I would suggest you have the system serviced at the same time as this would ensure the system is working fully and that the batteries are in good working order. The other alteernative is to have the controls replaced with something newer this panel is at least ten years old most likely 15 to 20 years
