Anyone out there got engineering info on a Monitor VI alarm panel ?

I was working on one today & for some reason zone 4 had defaulted to 24hr but all other programming (codes , day/night settings) were normal .

Any help (even who made the panel) would be greatly appreciated.

DA systems its the same panel as a Racall Guardall Countess

 

Even so, if you read the forum rules we do not give out engineering manuals on this forum for security reasons

 

Your fault sounds like you have a short between tamper and alarm circuit, that panel doesnt change its programming on it on
