Scantronic 9651Pd Unset Level B Option

Featured Replies

I've just replaced an old 9800 with a 9651PD and 9943 keypad (with tag reader).

All is working well but it is slightly frustrating that when unsetting Level B (with no entry route timer triggered) I now have to press the 'tick' button after presenting a tag (because the remote keypad asks if you want to unset the system).

Ideally I'd like the system to behave the same as when unsetting Level A (or Level B if the entry timer has been activated), i.e. no 'tick' key push is needed to unset after the tag is presented.

I can't see any programming options to change the behaviour of unsetting Level B, please confirm that this is a feature or if there is any workaround.

Thanks,

Steve

Its always been that way without an EE trigger. Can't be changed.

Very old versions of the 9651 would allow you to unset without the tick, but unfortunately it is now something you have to live with.

Ah, I think in my UK days I never managed to push the prox much
