Not forgetting about those customers who use PED terminals and process card transactions via their tills.

 

We had one of the large players be threatened with removal of their credit card processing via their tills, as the cctv kit recorded an output from their 'journal roll', which printed the entire credit card number onto the screen.

That must be some pretty old kit on the POS side, some supermarkets used to do this on the 'archive' side but stopped many, many years ago, long

before separate journal rolls themselves were sidelined for digital archive I assume?
