Hi Guys

 

Have a project im quoting for at the moment and it has been asked that text from a digital lorry weighbridge is overlayed onto a camera image. The weighbridge has the correct serial port and output that i need but i cant seem to find a suitable DVR with a serial port that will allow text overlay?? From all the suppliers ive spoken too everyone has stopped putting these onto their machines!

Does anyone know of a unit that will do this available now, or a seperate box, i suppose like a POS unit but not as expensive!

id just use a pos unit or a camera recording the display

Normally reads ASCII text from the weighbridges units
