nicksharon Posted March 10, 2014 Share Posted March 10, 2014 HI new to this forum and hope you can help me .Had to move my dads alarm key pad today as it was in the way so after just cutting the wire to key pad i have caused a problem. When i connected it all back up the alarm will not switch off.It had blown the fuse in the main panel and the only light on the key pad is the mains one no day no tamper. i put in the number but nothing happens .any ideas would be brill. matthew.brough Posted March 10, 2014 Share Posted March 10, 2014 failing that then I'd downpower the panel (both battery and mains) count to 10 and power up. Try your old user code and see if it shuts up, if not I'd then try the deafult user code. Seriously, if it won't take the old user code or the default one the lack of it taking a code might be a big clue.
