Had this issue before with Redcot, replace the panel.

It's not hard to default the panel you have probably done it correctly.

You are best not to default the panel if you know the engineers code is locked. You will reset all the programming and the panel may then be programmed incorrectly for your system.

 

Alternatively, either Radium or Assured Security may have been given the engineers code when they went bust.

If so you could ask if they could come and unlock it for you. Probably not worth it if you can replace the controls.

if you want to pet proof your detector/s, i can supply an adhesive that sticks the pet to ceiling, allows 4 hours then releases, so place cushion in appropriate location .

seriously, you can blank off the lower sections of the lens with insulating tape, pet/s walk below the detection, adult enters being taller the upper fields detect. Slide the pcb down so it is detecting higher from the ground, requires some trial and error crawling about on the floor, be ready to have your leg humped.

it's the way it was done before algorithms were put into intelligent detector software, obviously reduces sensitivity so your call, but better than nothing at all being on in those rooms the pet/s have access to.

The fact you had the lid off, replaced it and system works means anti-tamper is not set to engineer reset, so simply remove the lids and cancel siren at keypad with code. Move device and replace lid, enter code to clear.
