I'd check that you put the pir back properly and the tamper is closed. www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/ Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/35084-texecom-prem-24-tamper-fault/#findComment-336669 Share on other sites

PSE
If you have put the PIR back together properly, its probably programmed for engineer reset on tamper  Try entering the eng code & reset Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/35084-texecom-prem-24-tamper-fault/#findComment-336673 Share on other sites

Rulland
When you installed it you must have set up/used an engineer code for programming etc, use that code to try and reset the system. Ctaylor
When I use my master code it has the option for enabling engineer. I thought I set my master code for engineer utilities?? Rulland
Enabling engineer just allows an engineer access using the engineer code, you would still need a valid engineer code to reset faults that require the engineer code.
