it has cost £200 already and the lady said as long as we have given all the information and proof it is a no brainer as he has taken the name only cause we moved into the premises in feb and would not have had any idea to register the name until he saw the signs go up and the sign written vans in the area.

 

Also we have been that name since 2012.

 

On the other hand I don't think it is hurting business as we are busy and taking on staff.
