Hi all I am new. I am having problems activating the software for alien eco dvr. When i try to activate the software on line with CCTVWindow.com or off line i keep getting the message invalid key and activation failed.

 I have entered the software key from the disk correctly that came with the machine and all other details that it requires. Thanking you  

How long after the original installation of the software is it.

Has the disk been used elsewhere ? There is a maximum of 5 installs per disk AFAIR

Thank you for reply. It is the system Q Alien eco dvr.  I have tried to register 5 or 6 times over the last year. As i am new to all this i am probably doing something wrong. When I install the software I only get 30 days viewing  on my PC if its not registered.
