August 28, 201213 yr comment_288843 What you want to do is setup your contact as final but you also need to setup your PIR as a timed zone rather than an inhibit. On the ADE/Optima panels if you only have two zones and one is a final the other NEEDS to be timed otherwise it will not work and you are left with what you have now. Give this a bash and you should get the results you require. Edit - Page 40 on your engineer manual. Check the note under Final Door. Having installed around 50 Optima's it's a panel that you get what you pay for. For under £60 it's a decent enough panel and will do most basic installations fine. They are better than most entry level kits for the money, better than Shantronic in my eyes.
