can you please give me your views on hikvision dvr's such as the DVR9K?

just wanting your own views to what you think to them and would you still use them?

System q use their video servers rebranded as their own, not sure if their DVRs are rebranded hick visions I use neither

this one is made by hilvision but Q name it as DVR9K

fitted it at home 8 month ago but since fitted honeywell galaxy system and if i had gone for a honeywell fusion dvr there is a wimpak software that links the 2 systems into one so part of me is i should have gone honeywell to start with. just wanted to know what others think.

You did yourself a favour not fitting that.

The Hikvision DVRs are good, from a suppliers perspective. we have resold a few over the years and there are many cheap ones out there. if you know what you are doing then the non branded ones are good. if you install many, like we do, we needed to have a product that would engage the customer - hikvision are going strong and take customer feedback.
