hi all

when set instant and alarm activated the keypad does not show the alarm activation or beep

im an engineer with the engineer book for this panel, but i have looked and looked

hoping that this is a menu problem, this is a ADT panel

is that the ADT default then, cos the manual said it should be 0

silly, should have checked that, it was to early

No idea, ADT systems I have taken over have there own default settings.

As with any takeover check every thing twice. Or better still default and reprog.

was a late night / early morning.

not one of my best days

customer canceled contract with other company, then forgot to send paperwork to us

it was only when it went wrong late one night that they called us

not the best way.
