Guest Blaze
Hi, Just about to start connecting up the wiring for a Scantronic 9751 with a 9954 8 zone hardwired expander. I will be using around 12 of the zones with a mixture of door contacts and PIRs (1 per zone). 8 on the Control Panel and 4 on the expander. Each point will have a cable from the device to the control panel / expander. I am using 6 core alarm cable and have a plan in mind, but found this forum extremely helpful recently so felt it was an idea to open this topic up as a discussion point. Anyone have any good references for sample wiring pictures ? There are some on this site for the door contacts and PIRs but none for a control panel (clearly they are all different ! but a sample would help). Thanks in advance.
