Yep, get this at least at least twice a year.

Occasionally, get a stubborn customer who wants an engineer then complains at the price!

Powermax's beep every so often if there's a fault.

That is easy to work out over the phone, due to the "trouble" light being on.

to be fair it was probably a 300 mile round trip....
