Hey I've got an Optima xl6 alarm fitted in my house and haven't used it in ages due to a dog having run of the house. Now the dog is gone and we want to start setting the alarm again but we've lost the code. Its a nightmare as we cant set the alarm any more just wondering what we can do to get it fixed ourselves or if were going to have to get someone out??

The easyiest option is to call a local engineer, He will set it up and test the alarm batteries.

It would be a good idea to get the system serviced, to make sure everything is working (including the standby battery)

The engineer will be able to reset your code if you don't know it.
