LozB
Why have you opened it? Because I wanted to set the time on it as it was wrong and the user manual was in the box.

LozB
How did you know the user manual was in the box? When I bought the place two years ago I had someone out of the phone book out to set it as didn't know the code to set the alarm. It was a new build property and I was second owner but the previous owner must not of used it as the front door didn't have a magnet fitted. When the guy came out he took the lid off and took out the manuals. Didn't expect the alarm to go off when I did the same.
PeterJames
He probably put the engineering code in first, and subsequently changed the engineering code before leaving.
Scotmod
Looks like you'll be paying for someone to crash the panel. Or call the chap that done it previously.
