I have one of these control panels http://www.coopersecurity.co.uk/repository/products/2048466177.pdf ... I took the lid off now have lid "tamper reset required 9651" ... How do I get it back to how it was? Unable to set alarm now.

I only know the code I enter to set the alarm..

Yeah doesn't work.

And are you certain the tamper switch is closed?

Yeah the lid is screwed back on..

If you dont know the manager code and the lid is closed properly then the only thing you can do now is call the installer

I don't know who installed it tho.

Is there no number on the bell box or keypad?
