If i use the cat 5, i can use 1 pair for video and 1 pair for power, so think that'll be better.

Or is it better to keep the power and video on a seperate cable?

hi. yes 1 pair for video with balun. but for power i would use 2 pair i.e brown/brownwhite= + blue/bluewhite= -
