Texecom Premier Wireless Prob? Help

Featured Replies

hi i have a problem with a ricocet wireless door contact, when alarm is in unset stage and door is opened it says door tamper? also when alarm is set and door is opened it comes up bell tamper?? if device is written out of alarm program all works fine?? anyone shed any light on this??

bell tamper is probably present when the system is in alarm. I would 1. Set alarm (without door contact) and set it off to see if you still get bell tamp 2. Try another door contact

Cab you tell me what version of firmware is in the panel, and when you bought the contacts.

To find firmware version press menu 4 on the keypad.

OK thnaks for that, are you using the magnet we supplied with the contact on the door, or are you using the inputs with a wired contact going too them?
